“On the tour’s website it is not specified the distance from the city to the site of the tour. We disembarked from a cruise ship believing the pickup was close by but when we checked the pickup was more than an hour away. It would have cost us $200 one way fare. We contacted the tour company explained that their information was incomplete and we couldn’t travel that distance, requesting our fare reimbursed of $102.00. We have been a repeat customer of Viator for a few years and have never had an issues with our various tours until now.”
