“The guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the places he took us! He kept us entertained with his wit and expertise! The driver also added information as well and this gave us an extra insight into the areas that we visited! The Māori show was enjoyable and the guide was very passionate about his village and also very informative about their way of living! We also visited a kiwi fruit farm and the farmer informed us about the workings of his farm! We were even given a tasting of his fruit! Overall the day was great and we arrived back to the ship on time so no problem there!”

“Excellent tour of the area topped off with the glow worms. Our guide was highly informative and entertaining. Our scheduled time in port was a little tight based on the tour length. But we were assured that we would be back to the tender dock in plenty of time, and we were!”

“This is a tour to Rotorua where you will see some hot steaming lakes and can put your feet in hot spring water. Then there is a short visit to a Maori village where a lunch is offered, which consisted of a stuffed filo dough hot pocket. After that there is a visit to a canopy walk between redwoods. We found that the highlight of the tour. Quality of the guide was good and the bus was new, though very tight for the knees at some seats.”

He obviously knows and loves the area which was very evident. The bus was comfortable for the interesting scenic and varied route around Dunedin and the OtagoPeninsula.”

“We were on a 50 passenger bus, so that eliminates the opportunity to ask questions. it was a long day of driving to see Christchurch, but I wanted to go there, so I don't know how it could have been otherwise - except others on our ship saw Christchurch AND stopped to see a sheep shearing and dogs working sheep. I was envious of them. We saw all that was advertised in the tour and it was very good.”

“Check the *Exact* meeting point. We went to Fisherman’s Wharf as instructed, but the coaches were parked further down the road. We came very close to missing the trip. Other than that it was an excellent trip with a very knowledgeable local driver.”

“Lots of fun! Our guide Jake was awesome, very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and scenery, threw some cute jokes in there as well. Got to see some amazing rock formations and lots of local birds. My husband and I have very little experience on a kayak and Jake was really patient with us and took his time to help guide us in the right direction.”

“This was an outstanding excursion, lead by Jan D. Our group had 10 people. We learned so much about the area and New Zealand and really enjoyed the apple custard muffins, coffee, kiwis, and Hokey Pokey ice cream! It was all delicious! I would highly recommend this tour.”
