“P/u point is a bit of a hike, and we would have had a problem finding it if the driver hadn't texted us while we were getting baggage to say "go to the far left" gate 11 (we came out at the left "end" which was gate 8, so we had to figure it out. Driver did connect with us while we were going through customs/baggage, etc and that was very helpful.”

“My husband and I splurged and purchased two tickets to do the flight and hike combination and we had a blast! Our guide Ana was excellent she is excited for us energetic and prepared for anything! She provided fun history and commentary during the hike and was great company throughout the treck. The helicopter ride was also amazing, I was initially worried that I would be left wanting as it’s a pretty quick flight, however you get the most amazing views on the way up and back down flighting right over multiple cliffs and water falls it was fantastic. I don’t know what the law is in New Zealand, but almost everywhere in the US texting snd driving is a serious violation comparable to drinking snd driving. Unprofessional.”
